I didn't find this method. I had to build it.
Twenty years of chronic illness. Two surgeries at thirty-four, before my daughter turned two. The best Western medicine had to offer — and none of it working.
PCOS as a teenager. Severe endometriosis. Scanned for cancer. Botox in 26 different spots in my head, every three months, so I could function.
My own neurologist told me the medication was damaging my liver. Then he wrote the prescription anyway, because it was the only one there was.
I said okay, thank you. What I did not say was “then what is causing this?” No part of his job was to ask that. No part of mine was either.
It took me twenty years to find out that the basics nobody had checked were the thing. So I stopped asking what was wrong with me and started asking what was around me. Then I went to the bottom and rebuilt from there, while holding a family and a life together.
I'm a mathematician by training — I strip complexity down to what actually works. Necessity sharpened that into a methodology. Every pound I poured into myself had to yield the highest possible return. What survived that filter is what I teach.
H2 Advisor, Molecular Hydrogen Institute. My real credential is two decades of lived application.
Healing was not a product I failed to find. It was a foundation I never built.
